Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. They set out the terms on which we sell products to you. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only. You agree to give accurate and complete information when ordering, and to keep your account details secure if you create an account.
3. Our products
- We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different on your screen, and fabrics such as velvet can appear lighter or darker depending on lighting and the direction of the pile.
- Measurements and weights are approximate. Please check dimensions carefully before ordering, especially seat and table heights for bar stools and dining chairs.
- Where a product is sold as a set (for example, a set of 2, 4 or 6 chairs), the price shown is for the whole set unless stated otherwise.
4. Placing an order and our contract with you
- When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
- Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm that it has been dispatched. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.
- We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we decline your order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate.
- Delivery is currently free to UK addresses. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
- We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Payment is taken when you place your order.
- If we discover that a price is incorrect, we will contact you before dispatching your order, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods, without giving a reason. Full details of how to cancel, how to return goods and how refunds work are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.
8. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are summarised on our Delivery & Returns page. For detailed information, visit the Citizens Advice website or call their consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
9. Using our products
Please follow any assembly, care and safety instructions supplied with your product. Check that fixings are tight before use and from time to time afterwards. Chairs and stools should be used only for seating and within any weight limits stated.
10. Our liability to you
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
- We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for commercial or business purposes, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption or supplier problems. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay, you may cancel and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
12. Your personal information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Complaints
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] or on 07876 618755. We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
